How to use:
Diffuse: Use 2 - 4 drops of rosemary in an aromatherapy diffuser of your choice
Topical: Dilute 1 - 2 drops in carrier oil of your choice and gently rub into desired area
Internally: Dilute 1 drop in a glass of liquid
Massage: Mix 5 - 10 drops with 50ml base oil until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Cosmetics: Add essential oil not more than 0.3% to the finished product, stir with a plastic or wooden stirrer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

For immunity and better digestion - add 1 drop of thyme oil to a drink of your choice
For a steam bath – drop 2 drops of thyme in boiling water.
For skin problems - dilute 1 drop of thyme in a carrier oil suitable for your problem and gently rub the affected area. Alternatively, you can add a drop of frankincense to your daily skin care regimen.
For body aches and inflammations, rub 1-2 drops of thyme diluted in a carrier oil of your choice over the painful area.
For a refreshing mouthwash - dilute 2 drops of thyme in half a glass of water
For mouthwash against cavities and infections - dilute 3 drops of thyme together with a spoonful of salt in a glass of water
