3. The order
An order can be made both by creating an account in the Homespa.bg system and by a quick order, which does not require an account, but data for delivery are filled in. Each order of a product or service through the system of Homespa.bg is associated with an obligation to pay by your chosen method of payment. We accept orders 24 hours a day, also on weekends and public holidays. In the order process, you have the opportunity to see the products you buy and their prices, your names, e-mail, phone, address, postal code, method of delivery and method of payment. After completing the order and if this is your first order on the specified phone you will receive a call from us confirming the same information. For each subsequent order you will receive a confirmation only by e-mail. You will be notified by e-mail about the change in the status of the order (confirmation, processing, sending, etc.). You can monitor the status of the current as well as previous orders from your personal profile. Ordering product (s) through the e-shop means express consent to enter into a distance selling contract, which is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.
4. Prices
All prices are in BGN with VAT included. The prices of the products are shown without the delivery price, which you can find out about from the delivery section of the site or get information about it in the order process. The prices of products with discounts for quantities of the type of "Price when ordering x pieces" are valid only for online orders of the respective quantity. Home Spa.BG Ltd. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, as well as to correct incorrect information about the goods. Typographical errors, differences in the color representation of the products, as well as changes in their design are possible. Home Spa.BG Ltd. has the right at any time to change the content of Homespa.bg and these General Terms of Use, without the obligation to notify users in advance of the changes. The amended general terms of use are published on the site and are available to all users.
5. Problems in the execution of the order
Although we strive to execute all orders accurately, the execution of your order may be hindered for any of the following reasons:
1. We do our best to have stock and update stock in a timely manner, but it is possible that some of the ordered products are not available; in this case we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email 2. We have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details - names, address, phone, postal code. In case of discrepancy between the received and ordered products or inaccuracy due to our fault, we will bear the costs of subsequent return and replacement of non-compliant products. If it is impossible to deliver through no fault of Homespa.bg (you are not at the specified address or do not answer the calls of the supplier), your order will be returned to us until we contact you.
6. Payment
Orders are paid at your choice, according to the method specified in the e-shop. We currently offer one method of payment: Payment on delivery: upon receipt of the order, you pay the courier. (Cash on delivery by postal money order)
7. Delivery and receipt of products
1. By sending an order confirmation, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the indicated value of the transport costs.
2. Delivery to address: selected in the order process after filling in the exact address, names, postal code, preferred delivery date and additional instructions.
3. The delivery of the goods is made by a representative of Homespa.bg or by an employee of the courier company "Econt Express" EOOD, with which "Home Spa.BG" OOD has concluded a contract.
4. The term for delivery of goods ordered through the online store Homespa.bg is up to two working days after receiving confirmation from the customer. Prices for deliveries within the Republic of Bulgaria are fixed and depend on whether the order is addressed to the customer's address or to the office of the courier company.
8. Order cancellation and return
You can return products purchased from us without a reason for return within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
- The products must be in their original packaging - no traces of use, damaged appearance or staining - to include the original invoice with which you received the products (with your order you will receive an accompanying document - receipt on delivery or invoice of your choice ) - the cost of returning the products is at your expense
You can replace the products with others or restore their value if you do not want a replacement. We refund the value of the products without the cost of delivery. All amounts paid upon delivery or on the spot, we refund only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation of the order.
