Ravintsara

  • Use a few drops to massage the body or feet before bed

  • Drop a few drops into the soothing bath

  • Add one or two drops to a cup of tea

Oregano

With strong antibacterial and antiseptic properties, oregano oil has been used in folk medicine for thousands of years as a natural antibiotic for the treatment of colds, digestive problems, bacterial and fungal infections. A number of studies have shown that oregano oil is a much safer and healthier alternative to regular antibiotics and antifungal drugs. It has a proven effect against foot fungus, bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine (SIBO), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), digestive parasites, warts and bronchitis.

  • For internal infections - drink 2-3 drops twice a day necessarily diluted in a glass of water

Rosemary

Tea Tree
